UNIVERSAL AGITATOR BEAD MILLS
The new DYNO®-MILL UBM series is ideal for dispersion and ultra-fine grinding. It processes low to high-viscosity suspensions for a wide range of applications. During development, we placed particular emphasis on durability, ease of maintenance and the best total cost of ownership.
Disc Mills
The original agitator bead mills from WAB are true all-rounders: This type of machine is used in practically all applications – thanks to decades of work in our development department. We adapt the series to meet highly specific customer requirements. It works just as reliably in mass production as it does in dispersing the finest raw materials.
Mills for the pharmaceutical industry
WAB pharma mills are manufactured to the highest quality standards for the pharmaceutical industry. The choice of materials, surface finishes and GMP-compliant design offer reliable production solutions for practical implementation. Metal-free grinding of active pharmaceutical ingredients is a standard option. We adapt the CIP and SIP capable pharma mills to individual customer requirements.
Laboratory Mills
These agitator bead mills have been specially developed for a laboratory environment. They are ideal for developing new formulations with small product quantities and calculating scale-up factors. Each of these laboratory mills can be operated with two grinding principles.
