DYNO®-MILL MULTI LAB

The name already says it all: This laboratory mill is remarkably flexible. With this versatile machine you can vary grinding chamber size, material selection and grinding technology to an enormous extent. The DYNO®-MILL MULTI LAB is the first choice for dispersing or grinding materials with a wide variety of properties and batch sizes.

Functionality

DISCONTINUOUS OPERATION

Two grinding containers with volumes of 0.15 L and 0.3 L have been specially developed for processing low-viscosity suspensions in discontinuous operation. The product must be separated from the grinding beads after grinding. Discontinuous operation is used in particular for cell disruption in microbiology and also for processing  active pharmaceutical ingredients.

CONTINUOUS OPERATION

Grinding containers with volumes of 0.15 L, 0.3 L, 0.6 L and 1.4 L can be used for processing low to high-viscosity, pumpable products in batches greater than 500 ml. A pump located next to the mill feeds the grinding stock to the DYNO®-MILL MULTI LAB. The grinding beads are retained in the grinding chamber by means of a dynamic gap separator which makes it possible to use grinding beads with diameters from 0.1 to 2.5 mm.

For milling with high throughputs in circulation mode as well as pass mode, the grinding principle with the DYNO® ACCELERATOR is used. This version is available for a volume of 0.6 litres.
