PRODUCING FOOD COLOURANTS

FAST AND SAFE WET-MILLING OF PIGMENTS AND DYES

Milling of natural food colourants allows higher colour intensities and more homogeneous colourings. This gives liquid forms – such as beverages – an appealing appearance. Unwanted sedimentations can often be reduced or even eliminated.

Ultra-fine or nano-level milling of hard pigments will stretch machines of older designs to their limits. Not however our DYNO®-MILL agitator bead mills for food technology applications: They offer a wide range of solutions.
