For our technical department we are looking for a dynamic and structured working person to strengthen the technical editing team.

Technical Editor (m/f/d)

For this challenging and varied job we are thinking of a personality with a high degree of independence and sense of responsibility.

Your responsibilities: 

  • Creation of basic technical documentation for operating instructions
  • Creation and supervision of order-related operating instructions
  • Optimization and further development of documentation, terminology and translations
  • Application-oriented presentation of complex technical facts and processes
  • Close cooperation with the Research and Development department

Your requirement profile:

  • Sound academic training as a technical editor (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • You have a strong technical understanding and the ability to present technical correlations clearly and understandably
  • You work carefully, independently and have a quick grasp of things
  • You are confident in Microsoft 365 applications, Adobe products, especially Adobe InDesign
  • SOLIDWORKS Composer knowledge is an advantage
  • Very confident and good written and spoken German and English, French an advantage
