Technical Manager 100% (m/f/d)
In this role, you will support our subsidiaries and sales partners worldwide, specializing in complaints management.
Your area of responsibility:
- Supervision of all technical documentation for our subsidiaries and sales partners
- Compliance with and implementation of country-specific requirements, standards and regulations
- Processing customer complaints
- Terminal monitoring for customer complaints, error messages and change requests Regulations
Your requirements profile:
- Technician training or completed studies as an engineer in the field of mechanical engineering
- Process engineering knowledge in mechanical process engineering
- Independent and resilient personality
- Ability to work in a team, service orientation, flexibility, initiative and sense of responsibility
- Very good language skills in German and English, other languages an advantage
