The new Dyno®-Mill UBM series is growing!

The new DYNO-MILL UBM 50 perfectly complements the existing models DYNO-MILL UBM 20 and DYNO-MILL UBM 100.

The DYNO-MILL UBM 50 is ideally positioned for wet grinding and dispersing medium-sized batches and thus completes the DYNO-MILL UBM series.

From 2020, the following enhancements will be available as standard for all production grinders in this series:

Extension of the grinding media range to 0.2 - 2.5 mm
Wear-resistant precision slotted screens are installed in all agitator bead mill models. From 2020, this separation system will be available for use with 0.2 mm grinding media.
WAB cooling cylinder
The new standard cooling cylinder makes it easy to change the grinding cylinder from hardened stainless steel to silicon carbide. The high flexibility in the choice of material for the grinding cylinder extends the range of applications of all DYNO-MILL UBM production agitator bead mills significantly.
New WAB VIEW mill controller with 7″ touch display
The PLC control system has been converted to a modular concept. The reprogramming of the control system has significantly improved performance, user-friendliness and connectivity with the Internet.
The touch-sensitive graphic screen can be operated intuitively and reduces the training period to a minimum.
