WAB-GROUP expands and establishes a new subsidiary WAB Israel Corp Ltd (WAB Israel).

For more than 10 years, WAB-GROUP has been represented in the Israeli market through its dedicated and trusted partner E.S.T. Projects. The CEO and owner of E.S.T. Projects, Yossi Gershenman, has now decided to restructure his company activities and focus on environmental projects.

WAB-GROUP would like to express its sincere gratitude to Yossi Gershenman and E.S.T. Projects for all the years of dedicated representation and cooperation. "Israel has always been a key market for the WAB-GROUP and we are committed to continuing this success story by providing first-class products and services," said Erich Ermel, CEO of WAB-GROUP.

WAB-GROUP is determined to continue its strong representation in the technology market of Israel and has decided, together with the long-time employee of E.S.T. Projects, Dotan Nave, to establish the subsidiary WAB Israel and seamlessly continue the activities in Israel. Mr. Dotan Nave will be appointed Managing Director of WAB Israel and will be responsible for all activities of the new company as of July 1, 2023.

For more than 10 years Dotan Nave has been representing WAB-GROUP in the Israeli market and is responsible for sales and technical support. He holds a degree in Industrial and Business Management and has extensive experience as a Practical Engineer. "With the establishment of WAB Israel, we can focus even better on the needs of our customers and strengthen our position as experts in mixing, grinding and process technologies," Dotan Nave explains the company's strategy.

WAB Israel assumes the exclusive distribution partnership of E.S.T. Projects for all products and service activities of the following companies:

Willy A. Bachofen AG (WAB), Switzerland (agitator bead mills and 3D shaker mixers)

SEPR - Saint-Gobain ZirPro, France (grinding beads, abrasives)

HECKER WERKE GmbH, Germany (sealing solutions)
