Purchaser (m/f/d)

As a buyer, you are responsible for the time and cost-optimized procurement of a defined product group.

Your area of responsibility: 

• Operational procurement of drawing and commercial parts and services
• Continuous maintenance of master data and price lists in the ERP system
• Creating inquiries, orders, checking order confirmations and ensuring delivery on time and in the correct quantity
• Invoice verification and account assignment
• Complaint processing and partial technical clarification with the supplier as well as the
  Reprocessing of the defective goods
• Identification of potential savings
• Participation in continuous process improvement

Your requirements profile:

• Commercial training with additional technical qualification
• Experience in mechanical / electrical engineering
• Confident handling of an ERP system and MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Written and spoken English
• Negotiating skills, assertiveness, structured and goal-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in a team, service orientation, flexibility, initiative and sense of responsibility
