WAB India Pvt. Ltd. proudly announces its 10th Anniversary, celebrating a significant milestone in its journey of providing cutting-edge solutions and unmatched service across industries. Embarking on the successful journey of a decade, WAB India celebrated its 10th Anniversary with customers and employees at Taj Vivanta in Navi Mumbai. Eminent speakers from industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare and Nutraceuticals, Biotechnology, Ophthalmology, Agrochemicals, Paint and Ink, Coatings, Colorants and Textile Dispersions took the opportunity to share their knowledge on the latest trends, opportunities and challenges in the respective fields at the technical conference held during the event.
In his welcome address, Sebastian Louis, Managing Director of WAB India Pvt. Ltd. expressed his gratitude for this festive occasion.

At the event, Mr. Erich Ermel, CEO of WAB-GROUP (headquartered in Switzerland), shared his vision on the Indian economy and the contributions WAB-GROUP can make to boost and strengthen Indo-Swiss relations.
Erich Ermel firmly believes that there are immense opportunities for growth, as India is one of the leading markets and has a rapidly growing economy. WAB-GROUP has been serving the Indian market for decades with equipment for mixing and grinding technology and for the last 10 years with its own subsidiary. Over the years, WAB-GROUP has continuously invested in the Indian market and will continue to do so in the future.

When talking about innovation, he points to the latest WAB development: a mechanochemical reactor in which chemical reactions can be carried out in a continuous flow, using less solvent and less energy compared to current batch processes. "A groundbreaking technology that will lead the industry into a greener, more sustainable future," says Ermel.
Mr. Dilip Raghavan, Managing Director, Color Publications Pvt. Ltd, shared his views on the growth of the Indian economy in the coming years and emphasized strongly how companies with superior product quality and customer service can leverage the Indian Economy.
Prof. Dr. Ludovic Gremaud, Professor of Chemical Process Development, HEIA-Fribourg, Switzerland, presented in his lecture the new technology 'Mechanochemistry', which brings revolutionary changes in the production of chemicals and how the WAB equipment is designed to enable such innovations. Gremaud presented his studies on the production of paracetamol, a widely used medication for the treatment of fever and pain. Gremaud's team found that paracetamol can be produced without solvents using the DYNO-MILL RESEARCH LAB and a very high quality product can be achieved in less production time than with conventional batch processes. Considering the large pharmaceutical industry, this is a great potential for India.
